I called to find out information about their one bedroom. While I was trying to ask questions, the lady was very rude cutting me off and kept saying "No" without letting me finish anything.

Everything was fine. Except the water heater. Several times I had no hot water for a shower.

Very poor maintenance of apt. No insulation on windows and around doors. My apt. had a 1 1/2" gap at the hinge area, that I had to stuff with insulation myself. Door would fly open at the slightest wind
