The leasing and maintenance staff is nice, attentive and dedicated. The building is well maintained and in good repair. Outside green space and dog park is a huge plus.

The apartment isn't just a white box, it's well designed with gold/beige color walls and white trip. While it's well designed, it's not well-built. It was put together as cheaply as possible--as is everything these days--and lacks finish. Through-wall ac/heaters are expensive and badly installed--leak cold air in winter. Staff is friendly and attentive to solving problems.

The building is maintained, clean, and the grounds well cared for and landscaped. I've always had a great response time on maintenance issues. I docked a point because quite frankly some occupants treat this like a dorm but incidents have been minor. The rent is a little high yet affordable for the area.

I appreciate the updates made to the hallways, apartments and parking lot. I enjoy the backyard area. It is an older building that comes window units, bugs, poor washing machines, and no dishwasher.

Location, location, location!!! Within walking distance to the attractions in the Central West End. Forest Park and all it's activities are close by. Love that there is a gated parking lot. The apartment complex is on a side street. Easy to go on a walk or run and check out the beautiful historic houses in the area.

I love the location, love the apartment quality and love the management team. The one thing I don't love is the space - I feel that the two bedroom apartment that we live in is a little small. Glad I live with my boyfriend because I don't know who would be able to live in such a small second bedroom.
