If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ive been living here for 2 years now and this place has done nothing but gone down hill ever since. I was moved into a 10 year old apartment with all old (new) appliances. All of the lining in my apartment isnt attached to the walls and my toddler can freely pick it up. The previous family who lived in my apartment left a garden in the patio and now my backyard looks like a forest. I was fined for this garden I DID NOT PLANT. Even after being previously told they would take care of the issue by the previous manager Deborah. All the floor pieces in my bathroom are literally just glued together. My doorknob has been broken for 3 weeks and when i called concerned due to my autistic son being able to get out. I HAVE NO HEAT AND ITS BEEN COLD ALMOST EVERYDAY SINCE LAST WEEK! I have to use my stove to heat up my house. i was told i should tell him not to unlock the door. We've been charged underlining fees that are not in our lease. Our heat does not work. Our front door has a water leak. My Autistic son on multiple occasions has been able to find screws, cement pieces, or nails in his closet. theres holes everywhere in the foundation of our doors. All of the closet doors have fallen off the closets. Our dish washer doesnt work correctly. Mold issues in the bathroom. Spider issues. Our car was hit in the parking lot while we were sleep. my car was shot in the parking lot and hit as well! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO COMPASSION WHAT SO EVER

*TLDR: The leasing company is being sued* We have lived here for 5 months and have had nothing but headache. Upon move in, our apartment was a mess and nothing was done to fix the numerous problems before we moved in officially. We werent told upon signing that the clubhouse (gym & pool) were under construction. They finally opened in October (we were told JUNE!) and the hours are only open during business hours, so no one who works a full time job can use them. There are numerous hidden fees with no explanation. Maintenance will say theyve fixed an issue by marking it complete, but theyve never even entered the unit. This is a scam.

Do not trust this facility. They are misrepresenting themselves here. They are not pet friendly. I just got a call from a woman who told me that if I considered leaving my dog with someone else, that I would qualify for many units.

The complex was supposed to weed our patio area. Well they never did. I had what looked like a jungle growing in my back patio area. I finally took it upon myself to weed it. Shortly after that we were experiencing AC problems. The unit would run all day long with no breaks. Causing our utility bills to skyrocket. So I reported it to the office and they said they would send someone out. They claim that they came out and charged the unit. But the problem continued. So I decided to look at the unit myself. After further inspection I realized that the unit looked like it had never been cleaned since the installation. The unit was covered in dirt and fuzz. So I took it apart and cleaned it out myself. I woke up one morning to find sewage coming up out of our kitchen sink and flooding our living area. Which got in all our drawers, cabinets and floors. It ruined tons of food, decorations and cookbooks. We were told that there was nothing they could do for our loss because they weren't sure if it was our fault or our neighbors. We had strangers food waste floating in our kitchen and what looked like used toilet paper outside our front door, which spewed out the service pipe. This sat outside my door for several weeks before rain washed it away completely. When I asked to get it professionally cleaned sense it was sewage, they practically laughed at me. This happened twice in two weeks. after all this trouble we had been through. They still ended up taking our deposit and charging us an additional $300, because they had to "replace the carpets". Even though we had the carpets professionally cleaned. But here is the kicker. They didn't even try to contact us. They simply sent it to a collections agency right away. We had no idea we owed anything, until we got a letter in the mail saying we had an outstanding balance. The complex had both our phone numbers, email and new address. But still did not try to contact us. My credit score dropped 93 points because of this.

Worst Customer service ever. The staff was so immature, annoying and rude. My AC was not working yesterday and I requested for emergency service (As AC fix comes under emergency especially when is it 89 degrees in your apartment). The staff would answer that this is not emergency. I never saw any apartment which would not fix an AC issue as an emergency. We had to spend the whole day without AC and had sleepless night because of this worst maintenance. All I hear from the staff was "Unfortunately" when I called for emergency maintenance. Who cares, all I need is the fix on time. Their website says "24 hour emergency maintenance" and where are the maintenance guys. Is this referred as 24 hour emergency maintenance? Now someone from the management will come here and comment to my post saying that they will take care of it, but i already spent the whole night(sleepless) with no AC. Never will recommend someone to this apartment. And this review is going on all the review boards.

I've been at Fieldpointe for about 1.5 yrs now and it has been a pleasurable experience. The apartments are nice and clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and they have resident gatherings on holidays and what not in the front office/lobby area. The great location in Maryland Heights, close to Olive, the Page extension, 270, and Creve Coeur park is just icing on the cake.
