Villas at Brentwood Located at 1800 South Brentwood Boulevard, V@B offers distinctive residences. I have lived here for eight months and am loving it. The maintenance staff always comes when I ask, immediately. I enjoy talking with the friendly, helpful residents and like meeting them as they walk their adorable canines on the grounds. Chatting with the management associates, Karen, Amber, and Melissa is always delightful. Offering a gated community in a safe part of St. Louis, Villas at Brentwood are across the boulevard from Whole Foods, REI, Saint Louis Bread Company, First Watch, Fed Ex, Nordstrom Rack, and more. The Villas are in the heart of Brentwood shopping centers. These luxury, sun-lit apartments are two small blocks off of I-64, and residents can enjoy a full suite of community amenities, including a lush outdoor patio or balcony, a modern fitness center, package storage, a washer and dryer in each unit, a dishwasher, microwave in every apartment and covered parking. The units have a variety of floorplan layouts and are equipped with designer finishes, large walk-in closets, and storage space. I love living here. The apartments are very nice and have many amenities. Karen helped me in my moving process, she was very kind to me from the beginning. If I have any problem she solves it for me immediately. The area is very quiet and close to everything! Absolutely recommended Me encanta estar viviendo aquí. Los apartamentos son muy lindos y con muchas comodidades. Karen me ayudo en mi proceso para mudarme, fue muy amable conmigo desde un principio. Si tengo algún problema ella me lo resuelve de inmediato. La zona es muy tranquila y esta cerca de todo! Recomendado absolutamente
