The staff is very deceitful. I was put in 4 different apt because of management unprofessionalism and one tha Read Moret had roaches and mice. One we agreed to break lease i was sent a bill. I will be sending the corporate office a nice long letter as well as pictures and names of people that has witness this madness. They will blame maintenance as well as offer an apartment that is not available. They go off of so call future reports of residents that lease is up but didnt promise to move out or stay. What an inconvenience.

They have very poor customer service. I recently had a leak in the roof wet the ceiling in one of the rooms of Read More my apartment. I was treated like I personally caused the problem and they have been very hands off about this major issue.

There have been several maintenance issues during our stay at this complex that either have not been addressed Read More, or took several calls and visits to the leasing office before getting them repaired. A job that was supposed to be done on our second bedroom ceiling took more than two months to be completed, and we also called numerous times to get a rodent removed from our ceiling and the rodent either died or moved out on its own because none of the traps set by the maintenance team worked.

I was recently taken to court for $92 in unpaid rent. The first part of Nov I contact the office to let the kn Read Moreow that I would be paying rent after the 5th. I did give a specific date. I was contacted by the office on the 15th I did return the call but it was after hour here again confirming the original pay date. I paid on that date. Two days later there's a legal notice on my door. Going to court I found out that if was for $92 plus legal fees of over $400 unbelievable!
