The parking is not reserved and it should be at this cost. Too many college kids inviting their friends over and they take up the parking spots so you may have a long walk with a car full of groceries. And the management wont do anything about it

A Stellar employee of the Vicino On The Lakes. Miss Kippy is uniquely suited in her position with the company due to her warm and caring sensibility to its community tenants. I found myself getting swept away in her warmth and focus she gives to the issues I need to report to maintenance. The fact that she actually remembers my name and all member of my family is more than I can comprehend, I know youth has its rewards, but she is super in how she remembers the details of passing conversation and concerns. Miss Kippy is by far one of Vicino On The Lakes. most valuable and precious asset. Follow-through is so very important In good business practices and I believe Miss Kippy has got the ball and ran with it! THIS IS A HOMERUN FOR Miss Kippy.
