Often when calling the office during their office hours, no one answers the phone. If this occurs and you leave a voice mail, it is never returned. Additionally, the complex's tennis courts are in poor condition. The court has not had a net in over a year.

Wonderful facility, excellent management staff, regular and timely clean ups and maintenance, excellent quality of service every time consistently, and a lot more positive things.

The staff always has a great attitude! And have been very quick to respond to maintenance calls. The improvements and renovations they've made since changing management make Bennington Heights a great value for the cost of living.

The apartment was very large for the amount of rent I was charged. The staff was not as helpful as they could have been. I liked that they were pet friendly. The premises were clean and kept in good condition.

The property is kept well, management has resolved any issues I've had. My wife and I are in walking distance of our jobs, and almost anything we need. It's nice here.
