    the staff here are all friendly and courteous and so helpful. the maintenance crew fix my addressed problems fast .The property is well kept up looks good at all times I love living here. Daniel is awesome and so efficient and so helpful and he resolves our problems fast and well done.

    Delaware On Primrose is a awesome place to live have lived there 4 years , very friendly folks management is awesome to work with , Apartments are very nice and good size .

    I have lived here for 4 years and have never had an issue, parking is sometimes to be desired, but staff has always been amazing and helpful. The complex is clean and nice.

    I have been here for about three years and have never had any issues. Office staff is friendly and always helpful. That goes for not only the property manager but the mainitnece team as well. Great value for the price. Nice safe area with lots of shopping options very close.

    Ive lived here for almost 2 years now. This last year has been a much better experience. New management made a big difference, we saw many improvements. We also have a new groundskeeper that does a great job. I hope we can keep him awhile. :)Best of all, I have great neighbors.

    I want to share with everyone how nice it is here at Delaware on Primrose Apts. My wife and I, and our dog, Roxie loves it here. No complaints, great staff.
