Rooms are very expensive for what it is. The furnishings they set you up with are very cheap and not comfortable (specifically the bed). Leasing office is very unorganized and half of the time the receptionist is rude to me. On the positive side, you get your own bathroom and bedroom, and there are areas throughout the building to do homework or study.
