Residents are authorized to have up to two pets which must be approved by a pet interview. A non-refundable pet fee in the amount of $250 must be paid. This fee covers up to two pets. Certain breed restrictions will apply. Pitbulls, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, Chow or any mixed breeds of these descents are prohibited. Management reserves the right to determine breed restrictions. Pet must be 6 months of age or older. Cats must be spayed or neutered. No pet offspring will be allowed.

    We recently moved to the area and initially chose to live at Farmers Park, as the location was close to my work, good schools and new condition of the building. We also appreciate the safety and living among business professionals. The only things that would make it the best place to live in Springfield would be a swimming pool, fitness center and a parking garage. The office and maintenance staff are great and the recreational amenities are fantastic. Rent a bit high, but worth it.
