I recently signed my 4th lease at Grandview Village. I love living here and it is very affordable. Marie, the property manager is great and I love being able to have a pool in the summer. They added an upgrade to the laundry room to where I just have to use an app to pay for laundry which is awesome! No more quarters :)This is the perfect place for anyone that is looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. I have a feeling I will be here for a few more years until I decide to look for a home :)

As a whole, affordable housing has a reputation for being really shoddy - "you get what you pay for." But moving here might be the best housing decision I've made in years. It's spacious, well maintained, and quiet. I only wish they would introduce a waiting list so some of my friends could find an opening more easily

I love living here, my cats love watching the birds and my dog likes his walks because I feel safe enough here to walk him through the neighborhood. Management and maintenance are great and I am glad I moved here 4 years ago.

The apartment is simple with a one bedroom one bathroom. There's a handy laundry room on site with a secured door entry. The appliances are simple and the space is enough to make it feel cozy. Quiet complex with friendly neighbors. The area along Kearney is not safe but the complex is secured for any sketchy things that may be there. The hotel and business across the street help keep away some of the unsafe things that take place near by.
