Do not rent from these money hungry manipulative management. They are not pet friendly and was quoted stating that 80-90% of tenets with any pet will pay for new carpet at the end of your lease. Thats right! Dont bring fluffy or Fido because you will be buying the carpet!! Even if its a one spot that you cant see unless the carpet is ripped up and viewed from the underside next to the padding! No professional cleaning fee straight out new carpet!! I mean geez do they really put new carpet in or just clean it and take your money then the next fool who rents gets stuck with the new carpet scam again! Its a cycle!! Break the cycle and do not rent from these people!! Unprofessional kids who do not pick up the phone but text you!! About business matters! Important business matters! Like eviction?!! And the only person above 23 is never at her desk or can take a phone call when you call!!

Love living here so far. The girls in the office are always nice and answer any questions you may have. You may look at the price and say no, but everything you get with it is worth paying a little more. Everything is upgraded and having 24/7 security is a wonderful feature.
