Lakewood Village Apartments

This property is close to everything and the entire complex is well maintained.

We have waited 5 days for the air to be repaired in 100 degree August. The average temp was 95-97 degrees and we can't even get a portable window air installed. The apartment is NOT livable in these conditions. The management say they have NO idea when the HVAC people will even be able to come look at the problem. I have called the corporate management and can't even get a call back. It's not acceptable to pay rent and have no one care if your apartment is even livable. Shame on you Wooten Co. After 13 years I must like this place! The location is great. The staff is attentive and fixes issues in a timely manner. They keep up with landscaping and just redid the parking lots. The pool is very clean and not too crowded. We have a fitness center and small playground for the kiddos. The walking trail is amazing and it's just down the hill from us. If you are looking for quiet apartment living, check out Lakewood.

The apartment I was shown was absolutely beautiful. We love the location of the complex and the access to the Greenway is definitely a plus. Doug, the onsite manager was extremely helpful and informative. He even made time to speak with me even though I did not make an appointment and showed up at the same time as someone who did. He made an excellent first impression.

I have lived at Lakewood Village for several years now, and its a comfort how safe I feel living here. It is located in a prime area, and has easy access to jump on James River. It is a nice community, and the surrounding area continues to grow with restaurants and places to shop. The staff takes good care of their tenants.

I am signing my 3rd year lease with Lakewood. I love the area and all of rhe amenities it has to offer. It is a place where i can let me kids run and play and not worry. My apartment is spacious and has a great sunset view. Indago a.

Going on year five of living here. It's in a handy location and has a great walking trail behind it that my dog loves. No shortage of dogs around too.

Lakewood Village has everything I wanted...a good place to walk my dog, washer/dryer hookups and free internet!

I’ve lived here for over a year now. The area is safe, neighbors are quiet, and the staff is friendly!

I have lived in my apartment at Lakewood Village for 14 years. I love it here. The pool is great in the summer. We have a Fitness Center and the walking trail behind us is really nice. All the staff is reliable and very nice. I don't plan to live anywhere else.
