Well I have been here since May 2007 in fact that is quite an anomaly as most people have told me. But I have found that this is the best community in Springfield to live in when you would like to have the apartment style living its just so great here I enjoy the community the people my neighbors, the management here is great, the maintenance staff always does a great job of anything they put their mind to you to help fix any issues that might arise. All I can say is that Ive only lived into apartment complexes but why in earth would I stay here for so long if I wasnt happy with this place? Take it for me Polo Club Apartments: is a great well I have been here since May 2007 in fact that is quite an anomaly as most people have told me. Its also on the southside of Springfield and your many restaurants and stores such as Walgreens or CVS pharmacy whatever you need its around Polo Club: ! I would recommend anyone to live here honestly. And no Im not crazy I understand that apartment living is not for everyone but really this is the best place to live in Springfield, MO. Id been living in Texas for a year and wanted to come back to Missouri. First place I tried was Polo Club as Id lived here previously. I was so happy when they got an available downstairs unit (which I really need) at an affordable rate. Everything went well with the application because of the wonderful staff here. It was the Cleanest apartment Ive ever moved into. The managers are all professional and friendly and true to their word they are pet friendly.

Lived here since August 2019. Never had any issues at all. Very quiet and safe place to live. Not a lot of traffic around the property. I'm a college student, this was my first time living on my own. And I cant imagine it being easier. Hearing of friend's bad experiences, I realize how lucky I am to be here!
