Have lived here since Aug 2022. For the most part, all has be good. There was some serious flooding in my apartment in March 2023 that damaged the floor and the ceiling fan. It didn't get fixed until June 2023. The old management kept dismissing the issue and not making it a priority. Once new Management arrived, it was finally fixed. This has really been the only issue. New Management seems a lot more vigilant to get things fixed, etc than before. Needed my disposal fixed and they had it done within a few days. Needed my mailbox lock replaced and had it done the same day. Didn't have to wait MONTHS like i would've with old Management. New Management actually seems to care. I do wish that the water/garbage fees were included in one and not separate from electricity. And also i wish the pool had shaded areas cos it gets super hot during the extreme summer days. $$ Pet deposit. But overall, apartments are nice for what you get.

Decent apt for affordable price. High staff turnover, sometimes helpful, sometimes not. Generally quiet and generally safe neighborhood. Better than some "cheap" apartments - not fancy but good enough.

Living here has been great! This will be my third year here and I don't have any complaints with the property, unit, or staff. They are all wonderful!

Honestly speaking, I love this place. My husband and I have been living in this apartment for the past seven (7) years. Its affordable and the yearly increase in the rent is very good when compared with the trend in the city despite the inflation. The management responds to maintenance issues fast. The environment is peaceful and neat. Its pet friendly. The lawns are well maintained. The swimming pool is a good place for relaxation both for us and our grandkids when they come visiting. Overall, the place is well situated and doing your grocery at odd times is well tolerated because of proximity to Walmart Stores. Its suitable both for students and families. Its highly recommended.

The staff was kind and always quick to respond. They were eager to help. The apartment that I had got flooded out March of 2016 because I lived on a bottom floor, but I would rent from them again on an upper level for sure.
