      100% recommend. Icon is managed by a group of very warm, friendly and professional people :) We look forward to going up front and saying hi to Jess, Nicole, Keith, and the whole gang every day <3. They always take time to chat with all the residents who come by, (most of us with our dogs, for whom they always have treats and pets ready!) and make us so happy we chose to live here. Charles working maintenance will come within an hour to fix anything even if its not urgent, and has answered any questions I had about how to keep things in ship shape around the apartment in a kind and knowledgable manner. Our unit itself is beautiful and new, and we appreciate everything always working well (particularly the smoke alarms and other safety systems that make us feel secure and at home). The shared spaces are kept in great condition all the time (coffee bar, workout spaces, mail, study room & computers, pool, etc.) so they have always been ready to go when weve wanted to use them! I have lived in many different spaces and worked with a lot of management companies, and I can truthfully say this is the best experience Ive had, and probably will ever have renting! I have recommended Icon to a lot of people in my community, and would definitely encourage you to live here if a kind community, an A1 team, quality units, and great facilities are your priority. Thank you, Icon! <3
