Do Not Live Here! Rent increase of over 50% in a year. No improvements were made. Except the weekly cleaning each week went to never. Manager is miss treated and constantly change. Went over 6 months without a Manger,issued notice of eviction for 6 months because they did not record my rent payments. Up to three weeks to resolve. Never an apology.

There hasnt been a property manager since February. Last property manager quit due to being mistreated and under paid. Leasing office voicemail is full. Only way to contact them is via a form on their website. We have been incorrectly charged for rent for multiple months. Rent increases are around 33% annually, despite a complete lack of any improvement in living conditions. There are constant off leash, unsupervised cats and dogs on the property. Premises is only cleaned once every 4-6 months. Street parking is very limited, and often times parking spaces and paid garages are inaccessible due to construction, or other tenants. Dumpsters overflow every week. Broken glass and shotgun shells often litter the parking lots. Garages flood with water whenever it rains or snows.
