The facilities are lovely and well maintained, the management is most responsive and attentive, and the tenant Read Mores seem to be quite respectful of the property, cognizant of the rules and courteous.

Overall I feel Talus is a clean safe environment to live. I wish the no smoking could be enforced better. The Read Moreconstruction finishes could have been done better.
