    I loved these apartments, Austin the office manager who gave us a tour. Was one of the nicest office manager. I toured a lot of apartments. That is your first impression. Really loved these apartments. The location was not ideal for me. Because they are pretty far from my job.

    The company and management is terrible. They charged me an extra hundred a month on rent compared to my neighbor for the exact same apartment. Maintenance is terrible. The landlord does whatever he wants, including shutting the pool down for his own pool party. Will never live here again and would not recommend moving here for anyone looking to.

    Poorly kept apartments! Maintenance was terrible, lots of turn over, and shoddy work! Lots of leaks in ground floor apartments! They may move the lawn to make it look pretty on the outside, but the gutters are filled and falling dead tree limbs falling everywhere. You cant put a bow on a pile of crap and expect to hide it.
