BE CAREFUL!!! The company has a lot of HIDDEN FEES! Applied and didn't get my question answered after they TOOK MY MONEY. Didn't sign the lease, but they CHARGE YOU $50 A DAY for nothing! They also add utilities onto your rent by how many people occupy the apartment, and by the square footage. Who knows how much they are over charging you. If you have any issues with smoking, this company allows it in the apartments.

Previous tenant was in apartment for many years and we moved in within a week of his vacancy. I made sure to note any and all damaged that weren't taken care of when we first moved on but I made many notes about the carpet in particular. There were so many stains when we moved in and I e tried my hand at removing them (somewhat embarrassing when you have company over and they notice) but most are resilient. Another note was the microwave above the stove. It's very old with no turning plate inside it makes cooking things inside it very limited (being as it cooks the foot unevenly). The parking has become quite the issue; a lot more tenants are taking more space with their large pickups and I find myself parking nearly two buildings over when I get home from work in the evening. That I can handle but I'm growing concerned with the apartment floor plan pricing. I understand that most complexes exercise the practice of raising rent according to the market but that increasingly puts pressure on beginning families or young couples starting out with one full-time source of income. If there was some way that people like us who WANT to stay longer than a year (possibly two) where the rent contract wouldn't fluctuate for the duration of our stay. We take care of our apartment, we are responsible and raised in households where house care is essential, and the rising cost of rent every time we sign the lease is slowly but surely making us consider moving; the pricing is steadily becoming close to what some of our friends and family are paying towards their mortgage. We love it here and want to stay for a long time so please let us. <3

The front office hires current residents to work in the front office, regardless of how many complaints the resident had on file prior to their employment. They then allow those employees to harass other residents by abusing their position, and slide accusatory and passive aggressive letters under your door until you're uncomfortable living in your own home. The front office does nothing to intervene when their employees break posted apartment rules, such as consistently double parking even though parking is already limited. The only thing guaranteed more than the laughable professionalism from front office is that your A/C will break at least a dozen times a year, therefore ensuring the employees behavior in the front office is colder than your actual apartment.
