The apartment itself is nice, although the appliances in the kitchen, at least in our apartment, were really old. I'm talking no window in the oven and dials, no digital display. The leasing staff was nice and pleasant, office manager not so much. We are only staying a year, moving into a house next. Its alright for the price that you are paying, and the location is 2 minutes from the interstate so that was nice. Property was kept clean, neighbors were noisy, but that's apartment living. The people below us always were cooking something with curry and garlic and burning it. It made our bathroom stink to high heaven. Not enough Glade plugins in the world to get rid of that stink. Made everything in our bathroom cupboards stink too. Maintenance was very quick to fix things, usually same day or next day. They did the usual pest sprays which was nice. They offer garages, but most of them are not even close to your unit. They kind of outline the entire apartment property, so not a close walk to your car. Also, they give you parking passes, they say that they enforce them, but more often then not I see cars without the parking pass continually parking where resident parking is taking up the already extremely limited parking. Don't not be late with rent or the office manager will get an attitude with you... and continue to give you attitude whenever you visit the office or call the office until you move out. This place isn't bad, just maybe look around a bit first before committing.
