Go to their FB page for the correct phone number to call. Previously resident and it is a great family oriented neighborhood/apartments

Lived here for 5 years and enjoyed it so much. Very close to great parks, interstate, stores. Rooms are super spacious with high ceilings; water is paid for, very quiet community. I would not have moved had it not been for an out of state relocation. New office staff is great. Maintenance guys - Josiah and Nick are very very efficient and helpful. Will miss you all!!!

Moved here a year ago. Communication was great and maintenance was very responsive. This year, I can't get a hold of anyone via phone or email. The communication is completely one way, on their terms. The portal has been down twice. Now, no one I talk to can get in to see their account or even put in a maintenance request.

Absolutely love this place. Springhill Ridge was the very first apartment complex we looked at and after seeing other places, we kept coming back to this decision. Excellent employees, top notch maintenance where they fix things within a day, clean and well kept lawns and property and nice and quiet. We highly recommend this place. Best thing is our back bedroom window oversees farm land and pretty much on a nightly basis, we can look out near sunset to see the deer eating, plus close to the Forest Preserve with lots of deer and wild turkeys.

Not military friendly. High dollar lease break even with proper notice. Recent rape case nearby. No long standing tenant acknowledgement. Just money hungry, rude management here folks. Move along.

Beautiful you get alot square footage for a great price. Friendly staff, they do everything to make you happy. A great area to live in. Chalco hills right next door.

Worst apartment experience I have ever had. Management and staff are horribly rude and do not care about their tenants. Moved here in May and my boyfriend and I loved these apartments and wanted to live here for a few years, but now regretting our choice. We expected to move in to a clean apartment, but only a month or so after living here, we began to notice SEVERAL very large pet urine stains begin to surface on the carpet (clearly from a dog, which we do not own). We have alerted management as soon as we noticed but they have done nothing but ignore our issue and are extremely rude. The pet stains began to smell and we are worried we will not receive our full deposit back and be blamed for the stains. Pet stains do not go away unless the carpet is replaced, which they probably charged the previous tenant for without ever doing so. These stains would have ordinarily been recorded on the move-in check list of the condition of the apartment, however we didn't receive one until 2 months after moving in (after asking for one multiple times). Each time we attempt to get a solution, we are sent away by management and we cannot find any way to get a hold of the owners. We just wanted a clean apartment for the price we pay. We will not be renewing our lease. Do not choose these apartments.

I have lived here for about a year and I have really enjoyed my stay here. The management has been very kind to me and any complaint has been responded to quickly. Maintenance has been prompt in responding as well. I will say that office personnel has changed a few times in the year that I have lived here, which has been a little sad because I have liked the people in the office. I am still getting to know the most recent office workers, but so far they seem okay. Edit 3/14/18 When you make your security deposit, you might as well kiss it goodbye. $150 goes to "administration fee" and then they rip you off for the rest with BS fees. I have been waiting for the little bit of my security deposit and an over payment of $975 for over a month. Nebraska says that tenants should receive their security deposit back within 14 days...I am going on 45 days! I feel like they are punishing me for moving because I had to get out of my lease early. I paid the fees to break the lease, never paid a single month late, and was a pretty good tenant...but still they seem to punish me. Well, I am sorry my mom died unexpectedly and I had to move and take care of my dad. Worst landlords EVER!

When I initially viewed this apartment I was excited and eager to move in. My only concern was how rude and condescending the property manager was. I figured I would be able to live with it. One evening I placed a trash bag on my patio to be taken down after dinner. Within 10 minutes of placing the bag on my patio I received a call from the property manager. She proceeded to lecture me about property codes and insisted I remove it. Her apartment happened to be in the building behind mine with our patios facing. After that I felt uncomfortable, as I she was always watching me, but for my year there I just kept my blinds closed and avoided ever going into the office. Every three months I was notified the matinence man would be by sometime to change the filters. Knowing I wouldn't be home, I would rig the bottom of the doors with tape to see which rooms he was entering. Which should have been none since the filter was by the front door. Every month the tapes where always folded under when I arrived home. This matinence man was not only going into my bathroom and bedroom, but he was going into my closets as well! while this upset me I kept track of my valuables and let my gut knotting desire not to speak to the outrageously rude office lady prevent me from ever addressing the snoopy matinence man. Despite my discomfort with this property's employees, I kept to myself and made it work. I would have still recommended it as a nice place to live, but that changed when I moved out. This property quite literally tried to screw me over after being nothing but a quiet, clean, and complacant tenant. After a month of being gone I called to inquire about my $500 deposit. I knew they would take $35 dollars for cleaning fees, as stated in my lease, but I fully expected to receive the rest. When I called I was rudely informed they where keeping it PLUS charging me an additional $300. They claimed the place was such a mess and they had no choice but to replace the carpet. A flat out lie. The situation was laughable to those closest to me, knowing I'm the type of person to vacuum daily and shampoo the carpet when there is a spill to prevent staining. The carpet still looked new and the apartment was IMMACULATE when I moved out. Thankfully I documented the condition of the apartment move out day well. Attempting to calmly and respectfully dispute this I emailed back and forth with the office lady for about a month. She was unhelpful and condescending all while her story continued to evolve. She claimed the carpet company said it had to be replaced. I asked for proof and she could not provide. I asked for pictures of the claimed damage and she could not provide. Getting no where with the property manager I eventually I took the dispute to small claims court where we underwent mediation. The evidence they provided was a picture of a dime size carpet discoloration in the dining room. And pictures of the underside of the carpet that showed some faint water marks left from not fully soaking up all the water when I would shampoo. She claimed "experts" found pet urine in the carpet. Yet didnt present evidence in court. Ironically enough Ive never even owned a pet. οΏ½ I had documented well to prove that the carpet was in almost perfect condition with no visible defects and presented it, then I inquired as to why a tiny spot in the dining room required replacement of the entire apartment. A little panicked the property manager slipped and said they needed to replace all of it because of some new carpeting company contract. οΏ½ $300 on top of my $500 deposit for carpet replacement Managment was trying to standardize in all the units and attempting to put on my dime. What a complete scam. I was a good tenant who left the apartment in a condition property managers dream of (bleaching tub, cleaned fridge, shampoo ed carpets, and even checking over walls with a magic eraser for missed finger prints.) They put me through weeks of stress trying to pull a quick scam and save themselves a few hundred dollars. Because why pay for a change they want to make to the units when they can just make false claims and charge the previous tenant? No tennant should be subject to their dishonest company practices and their terrible office staff. They never got my money and I've deterred at least three perspective tenants by sharing my experience and will share this story for years to come. π
