    I have been a resident of Stone Creek Villas for years and this review has been a long time coming.... I have loved this community since I moved here! I honestly did not really know what to expect moving into a villa from a single-family home but I must say that I made the right choice! As you take a walk throughout the community you feel a sense of pride from the staff as well as the residents. It is refreshing to walk around and meet your neighbors and strike up a conversation! Recently I have had the "opportunity" to work with both Loren and James of our Maintenance Dept and I must say that they have been nothing less than 100% professional. They have each taken the extra step to ensure that everything has been taken care of to the residents' satisfaction as well as cleaning up after themselves! Whenever you see them, they always have a smile and a "Hello" for you! Tabitha, Lily and Jewelia are true assets in the leasing office. They greet you with a friendly Hello and call you by name when you enter the office. They take the time to listen to your concerns and work with you to come to a resolution acceptable to all parties. I would be remiss to not mention that the entire staff loves your four-legged family members! I have witnessed the Leasing Office staff come out of their offices to greet your pets and make sure that your four-legged family members get their treats and belly rubs! This is truly a special place to live and I am so glad that I have made it my home!

    Top notch management in place (Tabitha) is apparent and appreciated. She is obviously one of your managers destined to someday run your business. Very ably manages staff, residents and facilities. I am a long term resident of Stone Creek. The accommodations, privacy, conveniences and location work well for me. Hopefully the market has topped and we can enjoy a break from the perpetual lease annual increases! Best Regards, Mike #120

    Awesome property and awesome original office team. Wish they weren't moved to other property.The villa was awesome. I felt safe at all times and very comfortable. The maintenance team was quick and efficient. Quiet streets and community. Property maintained extremely well and beautiful area. Would have lived there for years if didn't get a job transfer. Spacious garage and great layout in apartment. Laundry in unit and a built in desk. Best place I've ever rented. Loved Chelsea, Jiovanna and Stephanie in the office. Friendly and professional. I wish CIP was in Texas. Love their property.

    My rating would have been better, that was before semi tractors, and trailers to be parked in an advertised "Luxury " apartment community. For the past 4-5 months I have had to endure the irritating noise coming from such a semi parked a mere 25 yards from where I spend the majority of my day. I made my concerns known to the management to no avail. We are strongly considering not renewing our lease. After being residents here for over 4 years moving away is an option we don't look forward to.

    Staff are friendly and the maintenance does a good job and is quick. My one major criticism of this place is that the hot tub ALWAYS seems to be broke and it never gets fixed. This summer we went almost an entire summer and the hot tub was maybe up and running for a month.

    After just a few months living here, have had to call Maintainence over a dozen times, Maintainence comes in unannounced, they leave a mess every time. Amenities are very run down, Prop Manager and Regional Manager were contacted and both were unconcerned with our issues. Avoid!!!!!
