They're older so I'd expect some flaws; however, in a 2 story place it is odd that when it rains the water lea Read Moreked into the main floor bathroom. Not to mention that the basement leaked. The fridge door was broke and hit glued to fix. The heater looked like it needed a good maintenance job. The filter looked like it was never changed before I moved in.

The units are a bit older and considering the amount of rent we pay probably could find newer units w/ the sam Read Moree rental price. The parking here is not ideal. You do get a garage and a spot behind the garage but if you want to have any guests they probably won't be able to find a place to park. Not too impressed with the maintenance staff. Several things they won't fix when in other rentals maintenance would fix

The most frustrating part is that the air conditioners are too small to cool the units on hit days. I was act Read Moreually told this by one of the employees, the manager later denied this. All summer long you sweat and can't get it as cold as you would like. They should be required to tell residents about this when they move in. Also, parking is horrible. You can never have guests over and have parking. The pool usually opens really late into the summer and is locked a lot.
