My husband and I lived here for a year. The neighbors were friendly & fairly quiet. Maintenance was fast, friendly, and efficient. There was a property management switch but it happened smoothly. We would move back if the need ever rises again.

Doesn't even merit one star. God-awful management. They are late giving you your rent invoice, but still expect you to pay by the 1st of the month. They open the pool 2 weeks AFTER memorial day and close it the 1st of August. Takes weeks to get maintenance to fix anything. Washer and dryer for the building has been broken for months. Every month you'll see new administration fees and other random fees added to your bill in attempt to nickle and dime you. Don't rent from these people and don't consider living here, you'll regret it unless you enjoy being treated horribly by you apartment's management team.

If you expect to live in inexpensive apartments it is a good place but expect the services also worth what you are paying for. Unfriendly managers have been our constant problem in the four years spent. Overworked maintenance cannot fix things on time a many times. And irrational rent hikes for every extra year you stay after your first special year is the worst experience of it all. Especially when they know once you have started living there it's hard to move all the stuff out with little kids
