I enjoyed my time at Thomasville, particularly how in tune the staff was with the residents desires. There were a handful of us who enjoyed using the basketball courts but they were rather run down. One day we stopped by the office and asked if they would renovate the courts. In a month or so we had a beautiful new court, possibly the best outdoor court in the city. That was very pleasing to see our voices were not only heard, but we received a response. When we were renewing our original lease, the office negotiated with us replacing our kitchen appliances as they were very old. My experience with TVille was good, and the office reps are really the ones who made that possible.

I had a terrible experience my 3rd and final year in my apartment. They replaced the roof and all the windows/glass doors in my apartment which was great. However, they left my apartment a mess. I was not able to use my shower for a couple of days. When I told the apartment manager that I was upset her solution was that the "cleaning crew" assigned to clean up my apartment after the work was done was not hired to clean my entire apartment and felt "uncomfortable" cleaning the layer of black dust off my couch because it was my property. I gave my thirty day notice soon after that.

The staff is amazing! Every time we have an issue or need something they are always so helpful and super sweet. The apartments are gorgeous and well kept and the ammenities are superb! I love every experience!

The office is very quick to get repairs done, we love the space we have in our apt, we love the view out our dining room window of the golf course, it's a safe and quiet place to live.
