The office staff was always prompt and professional with requests. The community was also very nice and we have enjoyed living here.

The units are outstanding! I love the close proximity to the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly always looking for ways to improve the resident experience.

I love my apartment at whispering ridge but my apartment at move in still had a lot of animal hair in the carpets. It does not seem like the carpets were cleaned well due to the odor.

I enjoy living at Whispering Ridge but do have concerns with the amount of kids running around unattended (which is loud and kinda annoying), trash in the hallways/ stairwells, not being vaccuumed very often, and it often smells in the hallways. I would think with the amount of money I pay to live here that it would be clean. Sometimes it feels like I am living in section eight housing. I love the staff and maintenance always is good about responding to concerns. They are tryign to make change
