The unique is that there are good people live nearby and theres many restaurants, stores, bars and gas stations

I love how we are back from the street in our house and have a sense of privacy with our trees. There are two different grocery stores within 2 blocks in different directions. Easy access to interstate to get anywhere in the city fairly fast. I like this older neighborhood with no pretentiousness.
