Not a fan of loud and annoying neighbors who are constantly yelling and laughing after 10pm when others are tr Read Moreying to sleep, they must not have enough keys for all 12 of them in 1 apartment because they are constantly buzzing to be let in, the buildings are not secure due to many residents letting anyone in who buzzes the doors, office staff does not put off a vibe of caring when you make a complaint about neighbors who are disrespectful.

For the most part the apartment was great. When we moved it in it was extremely dirty. When I moved out and di Read Mored all the cleaning requirements on the checklist and they still found a way to not give any of my deposit back and said I owed them money because it took them 3 hours to cleaning the apartment. When I confronted the office manager about it she said she would reevaluate it but never heard back. Left 3 messages to them about it and still never heard back.

I liked living at the Arbors and never had any problems or issues. The only issue would be some of the tenants Read More but you cant make force people to be clean.
