Villas At Dolphin Bay

I contacted via telephone call and speaking directly to a person; also, by email twice over 2.5 weeks. I initially was told by the person I spoke with that a unit would be available within 2 weeks and I could view it. I never heard back either way. Interesting!!

Poor upkeep of grounds and common areas. Office hours are not conducive to interactions from residents that are employed full-time, although perhaps you need to be independently wealthy to afford the high, increasing rates. Animal owners are disrespectful and do not clean up after their pets. Management does not appear to be limiting the size or number of dogs residents may have, create noise and odor issues. Recent gate conversion has been handled terribly, with emergency personnel and residents locked out after nearly six months without a working gate. Cannot wait until lease term ends to move on!!

These apartments have a great property manager who is always available to help when I have any issues.

This complex would have received and Excellent rating except for thing. The parking here is insufficent for the number of units and it is not reserved. Therefore there is a change you will have to park on the street just to have a place for your car (especially if you come in late).

The manager is cheerful, and effective. Facilities, grounds and apartment are well maintained. It is a secure, pleasant environment.
