Great place to live. I let my kids out to play because its safe.

Apartment was disgusting when I moved had to clean it myself after several unsuccessful attempts of letting management know. Chris and Julie are very unprofessional. They will not set up times to allow for you to be present when there are maintenance issues. When call with concerns I am told they have 48 hours to fix or when called about neighbors fire alarms was told they could nothing about it. If you rent here you can plan on being hung up and told your concerns are ridiculous.

When we moved in the carpet was very dirty, they put notices on your door 24 hours before they say they need to enter then never come, or they come without giving you any notice. A few months ago we noticed a leak in the roof, we called the office immediately and they still have done nothing about it. There is mold in the walls. Loud neighbors, and the neighborhood is really going down. Can't wait for our lease to be up!

Horrible Managment

Our car was stolen literally three weeks after we got there. No security, the police were on site almost everybday, there were unruly and out of control children everywhere... I couldn't even let my children outside to play. It wasn't safe.

The Manager at the time could have played the wicked witch of the west easily.
