When we moved in the building was brand new. The managing company that ran it was excellent, extremely helpful Read More and friendly that they became family. (there is a new managing company now as they sold the complex) Our flat is spacious and luxurious. Living here for 2 years has been good. Unfortunalty they have raised our rent twice (each year) which I find unfair as we have been great, quite tenants paying always on time. We pay over 2k a month for a condo - Ludicrous! We are moving in July.

Ever since the new management transition happened, I have noticed that some areas aren't as clean as they used Read More to be. The stairwell is disgusting, the hallways are always dirty and the area next to the elevator smells like dirty rag, I have mentioned several times about the water softner because I have noticed a dramatic change in my hair and skin, but nothing has been done about it. Lastly, every time that I call the office, nobody answers the phone

Although we're sorry to hear that your experience with our community has fallen short of your expectations as of late, we do appreciate your feedback. The upkeep of our grounds is important to us and we will monitor the areas you've mentioned carefully moving forward. Additionally, there are times that our team is called out of the office to attend to matters on the property, but we are happy to return voicemails promptly.
I love our unit and the amenities---However, the dog situation is a big issue. I would say that 60% of the do Read Moreg owners do not adhere to the rules.

While we are a pet-friendly community, we do expect that our residents clean up after their pets. The lofts are spectacular, truly. The management of the property is unacceptable. Staff aresuperficial, unpro Read Morefessional & incompetent. When there are issues, instead of saying I'll take care of it I hear excuses & blame of the last management company for why the issues occurred. They can never find packages, leave incorrect eviction (!!) and late notices on people's doors who have been here for 2 years with no history of any late or missed payments and do not have their processes in order.

As you mentioned, our community has recently come under new management and we are dedicated to serving our residents to the best of our ability. We have had maintenance issues since we've moved that have not yet been repaired.
