When you put work order in for repairs nothing gets fix. The office staff are the worse group of people. The g Read Morerounds are not keep up. And the prices are to high for this area. And they are over changing people for the water over here. It is not a safe place to live anymore . the only good thing about it. It is close to everything. I would not tell anyone to move over here

Where do I start?! I'll start by saying that I am a single mother taking care of everything by MYSELF. When I Read Morefirst moved in the property was owned by a different company. (CONam to stout) I really only had one issue and that was my ac breaking (happened quite a few times!) but the management at the time actually CARED! They put me and my boy in a hotel for the night. Let's fast forward to the new management. Had a huge leak in my ceiling which had to be repaired. Being that they are OLD apartments (NOT worth 820 and then a whopping 972 yes $972!) they contain asbestos. My son has bad asthma for starters so I asked how that repair would work. Was told by Wendy that after 6 hours it would be fine!! Huge lie Maintenance workers left a mess of white powder all over my stuff. When I went to ask what was going on she lied to me said she never said that! I have MULTIPLE recordings because I didn't trust them one bit! She got upset when I told her not to lie I have her recorded and called the cops on me , Cindy the other employee was so incredibly rude in FRONT of the officer and my child that the officer asked her to stop after she said I was 'complicated' for caring about my sons bronchial health! We have lived here about a year. No crime or issues with noise. No bugs except for occasionally a roach. But i Read Moret's a desert. HOWEVER, they pay no utilities. You pay everything. And it's expensive. Also, the maintaince is nice but no very quick on fixing things. Like the air conditioner. We will probably move out at end of lease. Just too much money for this area.
