Moved in December, to a 1st-floor apartment. It rained in January, the entire living room flooded and part of Read Morethe dining room from the rain. Maintenence "fixed" the problem. A few days later it rains again, it leaks again. One month later the apartment upstairs runs the dishwasher and it leaks now flooding the kitchen/ entryway. Again the problem is fixed. Today in July it rains again, the entire living room is flooded along with the dining room. This is unacceptable. Imagine if you know your apartment is going to flood when it rains, every single time. I'm just waiting for the next storm because the exact same thing will happen. What makes even less sense is that we are on a 1st-floor apartment, meaning somehow the leak is bypassing the upstairs neighbor and going directly into our apartment.EDIT- Today is July 15th, it rained again last night, result flooded living room/ dining room again. I have left a voice message on Thursday stating the roofers would be over on Friday. I'm going to assume this did not happen.Times my apartment has flooded since December 2017 now stands at 5.Flood #1- living room/ dining room January 8/9Flood #2- living room/ dining room March 10/11Flood #3- kitchen late MarchFlood #4- living room/ dining room July 10Flood #5- living room/ dining room July 15EDIT#2- July 23rd. After making this issue more vocal by calling the CEO directly I've gotten a LOT of phone calls from both management as well as higher ups from Fairfield. So the fact that it was taken so seriously is impressive. Recently the roof has been repaired and it has rained a couple times and there does not appear to be any more leaking. Overall it's a start and it's definitely impressive how serious a bunch of staff has taken it.

Pool doesn't work, hasn't worked since October. Supposed to be open ALL YEAR. What a joke. Water lines break a Read More few times a year. Everyone shares the bill, not exactly fair. Electric is HIGH, like $100+ a month. That's as high as a house! And the carpets are OLD like dirty smelly cigarette butt burnt old, yuck. Read their FB reviews too. There's almost no reason to live here. Except if you work near by or don't mind paying premium for mediocre. Only 1 building has the upgrades they show on their website and that is because it burned down and ad to be rebuilt. All other units have brown fake wood floors on the bottom levels and dingy nasty carpet on the upstairs levels. Appliances are all mismatched. Windows are thin and can easily be heard through. Screens to not fit windows. There are screws and broken glass all over the premises. And I could go on.. Don't live here.
