Beware of the hidden charges they hit you with every month. $35-$40 added to their "utilities bill" that have nothing to do with Utilities: "Real Estate Tax," "CAM Fee," and "Service Fee" are vague fees that they have been adding slowly over the last two years or so. Newest charge is a "Parking Cover" fee that is $20. It appears nowhere on the monthly billing. Tenants are just required to "remember" to add the $20 to their rent amount, or mgt will refuse to accept it.-- "Health Spa" is a gross exaggeration. 3 cardio machines. That's it. No whirlpool; no steam room; no weight room. For over 5 years, we have been told it was under repairs and would re-open soon. Still waiting... Finally, they require a 60 day removal notice. For the average working family, this means an unnecessary impediment to moving out or moving on.

We pay our rent on time every month and all we ask for is a response to all inquiries. We have moved into a one bedroom from our two bedroom for money savings and they had two months notice and weren't ready for us to move in when we had our rental truck already paid for. They were busy cleaning it while we we waited an extra six hours. They never changed out the carpet, the kitchen floor has a cut in the laminate the doors are broken and we have black mold and we have called 10x nothing done.

Office keeps changing hands. Maintenance is a joke. It takes a month to get this done. I went two weeks without air when the temps were in the 90's. Have a disabled person in home and had to leave home. Simple maintenance does not get done for months. Complex is trashy and most residents are trashy as well.

Always cops in the neighborhood, noisy neighbors and it was dirty. The apartment had dirty carpets and walls when we moved in. Broken garbage disposal. The doors had plaster on it to cover up prior holes. Horrible experience

maintenance was quick to respond to any issues. Not the cleanest when I moved in. It's inexpensive, a little elbow grease and it worked for me.
