I have been living at Lyric since 09/2014, things were below average before till the new manager came in with Read Moreher crew, the energy at the club house has had a drastically change for the best!! you can tell they strive to offer only the best, I have suggested to plenty of friends and co-workers to check out the property and consider Lyric as their next home.

I loved the privacy of my own place on the plus side i was upstairs, but very hallow walls. You can hear every Read Morething! Honestly, management of the office is not that great. Poor communication! And whats the point of a parking permit if you can't find parking! The light fixtures/knobs in the pool need to be fixed if they haven't been fixed yet.

We're sorry to hear that your concerns have negatively impacted your stay. Unfortunately, some noise is a common occurrence in all multifamily housing, though we do have policies in place to mitigate this problem. While we understand that parking can be a challenge, we try to provide as many spaces as possible, that being said, we are limited to the available space in our community. Since the New management took over they have been filling these apartments with just anyone willing to pay. Read More The quality of tenant has dropped dramatically. When I moved in years ago it was difficult to get an apartment here and I liked that. Now they are driving cars through apartments, driving cars through the front gate. The Jacuzzi is always broken. Danielle the complex manager is amazing. She is doing everything she can to help this place. However, her hands are tied by management.

The apartment is nice and modern. Great location. I lived there from the beginning, 2014. Then I believe in Ma Read Morey 2016, AMC took over. Right off the bat, they sealed off the Rent Drop Off Box (people work all shifts in Vegas so this helped with after office hours). They will charge you $42.50 if you pay your rent online thru your Bank Account! They started nickel and diming their residents with hidden charges that never happened before ($15 sign up fee to pay your rent online). Not right!!!
