July 15, 2018Took the time to drive out to Pointe at Centennial Apts and speak with one of their rental agents Read More. The prices listed on every site I have found, do not exist. When directly questioned why their One Bedrooms are listed starting around $830 and she was quoting a starting price of $930, we were told the lower prices do not exist anymore. and that they had been to BUSY to update any internet sites. If they need to lie to get you in.What else would they lie about if I were to become a resident?

Trash. Appearances can be deceiving. Looks somewhat nice on the outside, but after they get you in the door is Read More when you realize the mistake you've made. I've had 4 water leaks in a few months, management doesn't care about any circumstances. Late is late even if you paid on time. Let me explain, if you pay your rent balance but you're off by even 4 dollars you are charged a late fee.. That's right. It's a $75 late fee if you don't pay the balance correctly. Then you are immediately threatened with a 5 day notice to quit or pay after the 5th of the month. They constantly have apartments open because they are constantly taking people's money and then trying to kick them out. If I was you, I'd recommend going across to the west side of 95.

I only gave a star because I had to. If it were allowed, I would give them ZERO stars. This place is a dump. Read More We just gave our 60 day notice to vacate, completing our year lease and we couldn't be happier to get out. They have a pest control problem, major plumbing issues, it's difficult to have repairs done and if they do it isn't done right. Our ac stopped working tiwice. Once after a repair. We were out with no ac for three days on 85 degree days. I have photos of our the thermometer as the air came out of our vents 85 on the AC setting. We have had mold issues where our wall had to be torn out. The shared wall neighbor also had their wall torn due to mold as well as other neighbors in our building. The cops are constantly here due to riff raff. There were two shootings in one week. One of the shootings ended up in death. Check the news. I could go on. Don't move here. Especially if you have children. Forget about getting sleep if you work graveyard.

You all HAVE to do something about the leaf blowers being used EVERY DAY or we're going to the local city gove Read Morernment and the BBB. Once, maybe twice a week is tolerable, but every day, blowing leaves 5 inches, not even picking them up, letting them come back the next day to do it all over again. This is getting absurd and will not continue to be tolerated.
