Overall its been nice! The ammentities mail & package rooms are very convenient. The office & maintenance staff are always available in my experience. Internet business area for resident use could be upgraded to have service. The fax & copy machine is a great convenience. The gym is with things I enjoy to use. The property grounds, landscape & dumpsters the grounds staff keeps it all nice & clean for excellant curb appeal. Even the bbq & bark park is well maintained!

These apartments are great. They are near any and everything you want and need. The property itself is clean and quiet. The neighbors are friendly and talkative..it's very easy to feel like home here at these apartments..only been here a day and already ready to renew oh I also live how hidden these apartments are ..they aren't on a busy street where they can be seen. If it wasn't for Google maps I would have never found them

Nice appearance, informative Leasing Agent, Gated & has a Convenient Bark park & posted location with bags to pick up after your pet! Convenient location to the strip, many restaurants in this area & easy access to I-15!
