    Applied to spinash ridge along with my girlfriend, paid $100 for the "application fee." spanish ridge claimed there was a delay with the background checks. after 3 weeks of calling and being told they would get an update ad call right back, we decided to go elsewhere. we were easily approved for a more expensive complex in a nicer neighborhood, so our credit/history was not the problem. facility was not kept up at spinach ridge leaves everywhere, and staff was nice, but clearly just wants everyone to apply so they can get paid, writing this review 6 weeks later and still no response for management.

    I have moved to this complex back in August of 2012. This property has gone through couple managers since I've moved in. The manager and their staff had a great welcoming personality. However, all of the past managers were lacking in keeping this place in top notch condition... Then, the newest manager came in to play. OMG! She is totally on top of her game. She is great with all the residence. She is friendly and absolutely professional in every way imaginable. She made it hard for me to leave!

    Not set up for children, no play grounds, loud noise between floors, plumbing noise.
