The office personnel along with the management of this place is the worst that I have ever encountered for an apartment complex. The lack of professionalism and dishonesty of the office personnel are real obstacles to enjoying your stay at this place.

Accepting large/any breed is the only amenity. I am still living here and lease is almost up. POOR MAINTENANCE, POOR MGMT, POOR PACKAGE HANDLING, overall poor after you move in. Please, dont plan to sit at home and wait on maintenance b/c you'll waste your whole day. Everything they repair is just recycled material and take the lazy route. Leasing won't have a clue who you are no matter how many times you call and be prepared about getting threats to be fined bc other people don't pick up the dog poo. OH and after hours maintenance is just short for "sorry thats not an emergency call in am." GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD SO YOU GET FOOLED, IF IT WASNT FOR MY DOG I'D BE GONE SOONER THAN LATER. i think i see more bugs after pest control. move in ready is code for we just dusted. usually, im not a complainer but i hate poor service when you're spending your money! as i type, im waiting on maintenance and it's over 5 guys who work here.

The complex, although maintenance responds quickly is need of serious remodeling and repairs. The movement of tenants in their apartment above can be heard by simply walking normally. Everything seems to be raddling apart. The kitchen appliances are out of date and not energy efficient so the electric bill is higher than necessary. Management is kind, but their hands are tied and you can tell there's not much they can do about the things most tenants object to.

everyone is was always very helpful amd the maintenance crew was great , never had to wait more than a day to have repairs done.

My only complaint is that management did not do anything when my neighbors disturbed me. I had a downstairs neighbor who played their music very loud on a regular basis. I went to the office and they said they would take care of it. They even went to the apartment and heard the noise for themselves yet these neighbors went on for months playing loud music making my stay not great while living in that particular apartment. They moved out on their own (not evicted). Other than that, great location
