Worst decision i ever made was moving into this apartment 2 years ago. Management has changed more times then i can count. Maintenance never follows up on work orders. Half my electric outlets didnt work for 8 months. My ac has leaked the entire 2 years i’ve lived here they tell me “it’s normal”. I have mold in my showers, it’s hard to breathe. They turn off the water random times of the day with no notice for hours. Administration is the worst part they are unorganized, unhelpful and rude. My car has been broken into twice and stolen once. My friend was mugged at knife point. I have so many more reasons, i cannot stress this enough. DON’T MOVE HERE.

The worst apartments, and I'm not saying this because of the building but because of the administration, it's the worst in Las Vegas. The manager Amanda is a very rude person both with the tenants and with her staff. She yells rude things at people. She fights with everyone. She doesn't have anything. education or empathy, I need to communicate with someone who is really interested in the problems that we as tenants have since she has no interest in fixing anything, my AC has not worked for months, I have filled out the maintenance complaint page and she does not send anyone fix the problem, the apartment is flooding with water from the AC and nothing is done about it. I have children who suffer from heat. I have the apartment full of fans because of the heat. I need solutions and she does nothing. If you plan to rent here, neither it occurs to them well they say that cheap is very expensive

The worst condominium I have ever lived in is this one and I am not referring to the buildings themselves, but the administration, Mrs. Amanda is the worst person I have ever encountered, she is super rude, they have absolutely no customer service at all. employees shout a thousand rude words at them she has no education she doesn't even know what this word means that lady is disastrous and has no interest in fixing the tenants' problems we are not asking for free things the maintenance things the rent is paid in a timely manner It is her obligation to fix them. What we demand is not a gift. We have been wanting the AC to be fixed for more than 3 months and she is not interested in there being minors in the apartment and it is horribly hot and she does nothing about it. I wait for this message. reach out to someone higher than this person Amanda so we can get in touch with someone other than her because she has no intention of fixing anything

amanda perez is horrible person she treats people bad she is disrespectful to tenants treats us like trash…

This place gets Zero stars. I have witnessed Amanda banging on a tenants screen door, which it then broke, when the door was answered Amanda was then screaming at a child demanding they let her into the apartment. I can not believe this lady is in charge at this place she is rude and very unpleasant to work with. She will yell and scream at the tenants and cuss them out. It would be in the best interest of the company and tenants if she were no longer here. Also, can something be done about how nasty this place is to live? Amanda never gets anything fixed in this place and there are roaches EVERYWHERE!! it's disgusting.

These apartments are very nasty management is nasty we have roaches they don't want to fix anything my window has been broken since I've been here 5 months if I decide to move my bed or furniture of any sort the flooring comes up with my furniture my neighbors are very unhappy you're not allowed to keep a barbecue grill on property which people do have barbecue grills on property and they threatened to evict you if you don't move them my neighbors upstairs from me make constant noise and when you complain to management they don't want to do anything I have been living here for 5 months and have not got no real sleep yet we have a real big roach problem and once again our work orders are not been met my apartment got broken into rent money stolen and all management can say is it happens
