    I would like to say that my experience with this apartment complex has been the most amazing thus far. The complimentary Starbucks machine? The nearby shopping? Amazing ambiance? I'm still trying to pinpoint my favorite part of touring this community! Maybe all of the above?!! *insert heart eye emoji here* Asia was so heart warming, kind and overall amazing during my tour today and her personality is amazing! She truly made me feel like finally my apartment hunting is over!! We toured a beautiful one bedroom apartment that had a closet almost the size of the bedroom!!! All I could think of was how all my shoeees can fit!!!

    Have to constantly complain about keys not working for mail room & gates. Can't exit thru Rear gates unless you squeeze thru the bars someone broke off...management feels it's not important

    Initially when we moved in, the management team was awesome. Very lively people. Very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the team has changed several times since then and they keep getting less and less personable. Seeing as the original management team was a big reason we chose Oasis Sierra, we are more than likely leaving when our lease is up.

    The venting system is bad, we can smell cigarette smoke, among other things, in our bathroom if we don't leave the fan running ALL the time. There is something wrong with the drains too, they smell gnarly bad sometimes, in the bathroom and the kitchen. The new management doesn't seem to care much about us.
