    Have to constantly complain about keys not working for mail room & gates. Can't exit thru Rear gates unless you squeeze thru the bars someone broke off...management feels it's not important

    Management not caring is definitely not the case! As of May 24, 2016, the amenity key will be completely changed. Unfortunately, Oasis Sierra has had the same amenity key for about 10 years so it is time for an update. Also, the gate system hasn't been cleaned out so it is overloaded and erasing card numbers. We are also in the process of fixing this. We will get it taken care of. -Danielle, Property Manager

    Initially when we moved in, the management team was awesome. Very lively people. Very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the team has changed several times since then and they keep getting less and less personable. Seeing as the original management team was a big reason we chose Oasis Sierra, we are more than likely leaving when our lease is up.

    The venting system is bad, we can smell cigarette smoke, among other things, in our bathroom if we don't leave the fan running ALL the time. There is something wrong with the drains too, they smell gnarly bad sometimes, in the bathroom and the kitchen. The new management doesn't seem to care much about us.

When you have a chance, please come by the leasing office so we can discuss further because I definitely don't want you to deal with that. As far as the drains, we can have maintenance go to your apartment to resolve this problem. It is not something that is common so we would love to get this taken care of.
