Maintenance is horrible you have to wait months or weeks for them to fix anything.. my mom moved in in march and had a few issues maintenance didn’t come out to fix the problem till a month later.. there is no playground as it was stated the gates are always broken so people can come in and go when they want.. the lawn people blow all the trash on my mom patio every week.. every week my mom calls me with a problem.. for a person that pays rent every month on time shouldn’t be treated so poorly..

Just a minor upgrade from a weekly. They will tell you anything to move in. They only respond fast when it comes to paying them. I had applied to a couple of places and this one was the quickest response. Just because places get filled quickly i felt compelled to do so as well. I didn't even get the see the place before I signed my lease. They said it wasn't available even though on the website it said it was. I was blown off the day we scheduled to look at it. They are very "forgetful". I was told I was going to get carpet throughout in which I didn't. Windows have condensation in them and don't have screens so you can't open your windows to let natural air in. It's a small property. They put work orders in for maintenance but don't know when things will be taking care of. They don't have a playground on property like it states. Whoever does their cleaning is terrible. The first time I used my oven I almost burned my place down. They used chemicals in a self cleaning oven. The carpets in the rooms were nasty when I vacuumed. I mentioned there may be mold in the diahwasher and was told to just run vingegar and baking soda. The only thing I can complement on is the space. 2 bdrm 2 bath with a washer and dryer. Not sure if they even work yet but will see. It also surprisingly quiet for now.

Maintenance and office are amazing. Responded very fast to our AC problem, n had it taken care of immediately. 🙏🤍💜❤️

Have been living the apartment community for almost 5 years. The apartment is infested with roaches, I've had to pull everything out my cabinets and drawers 4 times, so pest control can do their so called special treatment. It has no effect on the roaches. Called in numerous work orders for the toilet in the guest bathroom, it's still not properly working. Called for work order to have locks changed they never called back nor changed lock. Changed them on my own. Since they don't have a key they put a 5 day notice on my door.

I was currently searching for a property in Denver since my job was relocating me. I decided to stay in Vegas and noticed they had properties out here in Vegas. I decided to make an appointment and see the property. As I drove in, the property was clean, very nice with a pool and gym🥰 Once I walked in, the office was pleasant and welcoming! I was helped by phone at first by Kassandra, who was professional and super friendly and helpful at all times. The view was done by the property manager Claudia, who I can tell you personally was extremely helpful and friendly overall. It was a great experience! I couldn't wait to move in!! The prices are super low, and the apartments spacious the area has restaurants,casino gas stations, and retail stores very close to the property a plus for me 😊My move in date was easy my apartment is perfect and I couldn't be more thankful for Kassandra and Claudia who went above and beyond welcoming me to my new home! Thank you ladies you're doing an awesome job!!! Forever grateful ❤️ This property offers Jetty Deposit.
