Willowbrook was our home for over 5 years. We had our ups and downs through the years but overall it was a really great place to live! We rented on the town home side facing Pavilion Center and it was really quiet and so nice to have that front lawn feeling of a home with all the grass and trees. We had the best neighbors and it felt like a community. Others have complained about maintenance but we never had any issues. One time our air conditioning went out late in the day and they sent someone out immediately and fixed it. Same with a garage door issue. They (maintenance team) were prompt and always courteous. Also you cant beat living across the street from downtown Summerlin. It is a little pricey (but what nice place isnt nowadays in Vegas) so that is the only reason we moved as we finally decided to buy a house. We had no issues getting our deposit back. They were very fair and only charged us for legitimate reasons. I like the new management and I would highly recommend Willowbrook!

The Staff is Rude not helpful , The bugs in the apartment are horrible, No one cares as long as you keep paying rent, The gates are always broken anyone can come into the complex. DON"t rent here you will not like it. I have never been treated so poorly in my life!!!

Overall, our experience with Willowbrook has been a good one. The grounds are kept very neat, the pool area and its surrounding patio is also kept very clean and tidy. The gym provided is also very clean (a little on the small side, but hey, it's free!). The staff is courteous, and have attended to any maintenance issues we have had (except one minor time, and after numerous calls, we fixed the issue ourselves). We also hear little/no noise from neighboring units. We're very content.

I have had a very pleasant exp. If I ever had an issue (all minor-someone parking in my assigned spot, light bulbs, etc...) the apt was quick to respond. All mx staff are EXCELLENT. All areas are always clean and I feel very safe and at home here!!! I love my apt.
