I have been a resident here for 2 years and I am so impressed with the office staff, the new manager is amazin Read Moreg. The property is always very well kept, the 3 swimming pools are so nice. I really like the fact that they have a night patrol, it makes me feel safe at night. I don't think I could ever say enough this is the place I feel at home most in this area, I love it here. I would recommend to all my family and friends Thank you!

Quiet, fairly clean, and problems resolved quicky are the good. Then comes renewal time. Rents jacked up well Read Morebeyond market value, sometimes over $100 a month! High fees if only 1 day late to renew lease (60 days required!) The rent price they quote is not what you pay. Pet rent, water fees, parking fees added to what they quote you. Bye bye, I now live in a larger, newer apt, for almost $100 a month less, and in a state that doesn't allow landlords to add fees to the base rent.

More insulation in between apartments and ones above or below would help cut down on noise for shift workers. Read More People who are transferred by their company or Federal Agency should not be punished by management for having to break lease if the individual can prove the company or agency is transferring them. Seems you give the courtesy to military personnel, but not federal employees (who usually are vets themselves). I think this shows a greedy aspect to management. Not a favorable impression.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you had a disappointing experience. Federal law permits active military to break a lease, but does not extend this to other transfers. Our intention is not to make the move-out process arduous, but to adhere to the NAA Lease. Our company does offer concessions to residents transferring to a sister community in another city. Please contact the office for more information. We wish you the best in your new home. - Di R., Property Manager
We love the community: the location, the people, the space, the grounds, the faciliites and especially the mai Read Morentanence - they are very quick about getting things fixed.
We do have an issue with cockroaches (thankfully no big ones, just little ones which is why it hasn't been a huge deal-breaker). We were not very pleased that our rent went up when we resigned our lease and we are concerned that it might go up again when our current lease is up.
