This was a nice modern apartment home for my type of style. If I needed to move back into an apartment home, it will definetly be thru the management company. The best place ever and everyone is friendly and very helpful.

I lived there for about 6 years. At first, management was on top of rules and cleanliness. After the manager left, the following managers were careless and the complex has been going downhill since. Now, youll see and smell people smoking cigarettes and weed, when they boast that its a smoke free complex. People will have non-porch furniture and wont be told anything or fined anymore. Youll find dog poop occasionally and one pool is always out of service. The gates are constantly breaking down and youre required to have a 702 number to be able to use the call box. During the pandemic, they helped people out by increasing rent about $300 in one year, so expect it going up year over year. This place was nice when I first moved here but its gone to sht and quickly going to rock bottom.

I have lived here for 4years going 5 and I live on the ground floor near the gate,i have a neighbor upstairs that makes too much noise like walking and lifting stuff I don't know maybe because the way the building is made its not soundproof I can hear a lot of noises but again the people who lives upstairs they don't know how to walk down the stairs,I JUST WISH THEY WILL PASS A MEMO FOR NOISES AROUND THE AREA ESPECIALLY IF PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO GET SOME SLEEP AFTER HARD DAYS OF WORK
