    TL;DR: Its awesome! Signing a second year lease. Great community within the building. High levels of safety. Apartments are always only as good as their manager; Mandy is great. The reviews knocking weekend availability dont understand - this is a small property, which is a positive thing. That same office manager that takes a healthy break on weekends knows every resident on a first name basis; responds to resident needs in timely, pleasant fashion; observes & addresses property issues w/o waiting for a resident to complain; keeps maintenance on schedule; and spends her own time cooking & making fun events for holiday get-togethers. The avg prop. mgr wont do all of those and more, consistently and conscientiously. Ours does. Pool is clean; the pool deck with its two BBQ grills and picnic area is a spectacular perk. The community area amenities are nice & always in working shape. The garage is convenient, especially in winter! No place is perfect. Sometimes the trash builds up in the multi-floor chute; always resolved within days. Sometimes the dog park isnt well-respected by pet owners; the mgr takes action. The propertys floors and elevators could all definitely benefit from more regular, deep cleaning and carpet replacement measures; sound issues from apartment to apartment can be an issue. There are challenges everywhere youll live. Here, though, they are few. Were two blocks from the river and one block from dozens of restaurants, stores, and a movie theater. We feel safe to walk, even at night. Our building is a few walkable blocks from choice Midtown offerings - including the only accredited art museum in the state and a performing arts center, home to the talented Reno Philharmonic, which hosts Broadway tours among many other offerings. Our views of Downtown and the Sierra Nevada are aMAZing, and I could say more but Im done. Except: we looked around, hard. We wouldnt live anywhere else in the central Reno/Sparks area.

    Saturday afternoon and no one to show us around, pretty pathetic not to be open on Saturday.
