Tony is a great guy and hard worker. I would highly recommend living here and great to be next to lake and close to midtown/grocery stores

I love living here but omg. I work late late late nights. Today was my day off. I was up at 6 am took care of errands so I could relax. We had a fire inspection today which I thought was no big deal. I heard them come in and leave while I was taking a nap BECAUSE I HAD A DAY OFF!! I was in a comfy sleep and next thing I knew, the fire department and paramedics where banging on my door doing a wellness check. Seriously? You can't take a nap in your own apartment on your day off? Update, I was really cranky and startled by what happened while writing that review. The entire commotion scared me. I love living here and everyone is awesome. I just work really late nights so my sleeping habits are strange

Hoping to move there. We just wanted to mention *Natalie* She is the leasing agent there. We went to look and check availability. First we'd like to say the apartments are very nice and Lake Virginia and complex neighborhood gives a calm, relaxing vibe. Natalie is amazing. She is very knowledable and pleasant. At the time of our visit there wasn't any available units. She said she would call as soon as there was availability. She literally called the next day "twice" with 2 units that were coming available. Wow! Super impressed with immediate attention. My husband and I felt the care, she was on top of her job. This is the best Management of apartments we've come across in 30 years. We've owned our own home and have rented homes and apartments here and there and in several states. Natalie by far is the best we've ever encountered. She made us feel like we've known her for years. And the showing with her made us want to live there. Natalie we sincerely thank you. Just moved in. Has a package and mail area you can access 24 hr a day, washer dryer and dishwasher in apartment. Very nice, well-kempt apartment. Electricity and water work well, quiet area of town. So far I love it! No elevator makes it hard for move in if you are on the third floor, but it's worth it.
