I have lived at Lakeridge West for almost 2 years and my daughter and I love living here, We have gotten to k Read Morenow the leasing office staff, they have always been available and so helpful. We can always rely on Tessa and Jenn and are confident that our needs or requests will be met. We hope to be able to live at this property for years to come. Also, the new manager that was brought in over the past few month has made some positive changes to the way the property runs. She has been a great addition to the already amazing staff.

DO NOT RENT FROM LAKERIDGE LIVING! We had an unbelievably bad experience here. Our daughter rented here with 2 Read More other roommates as an AmeriCorps volunteer for 6 months. We co-signed the lease with her. Everyone in the leasing office KNEW they only had a 6 month contract and would be moving out by 11/30. The office sent a renewal letter to the apartment in mid October stating that if they wanted to extend the lease to contact the office. They didn't, and plans continued to move out 11/30. Upon contacting the office in late November, our daughter was told that she had neglected to submit a 30 day move out notice and would be charged rent through 12/20! We appealed to every level at the office and to FPI Management. They just didn't CARE. These were young adults serving their country doing CONSERVATION work in Nevada all summer and fall! Our daughter is continuing service in the PEACE Corps. They make LESS than minimum wage!! No ONE CARED. We were sent a bill for almost $1000 when the apartment was vacated on 11/30. We PAID IT, BUT I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

It's very hard to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office and when you do they end up giving you false info Read Morermation or make you a promise to have the manager call you back which ends up never happening. Paperwork is disorganized and filled out incorrectly. The assistant manager was very friendly and accommodating with helping us switch over from a 6 month lease to a month to month (verbally agreed) since they "could not locate" our renewal paperwork. Now it has been 3 almost 4 months from vacating the unit and she has found the paperwork and is demanding payment after herself and her staff has stated on more than one occasion that nothing more was due. Get it all in writing and keep a record or just choose a more honest place to live.

Maintenance is a joke, the grounds are kept up poorly, the apartment I was in was not maintained well, particu Read Morelarly in respect to the rent increases. Amenities are few and far between and parking is a joke. I lived on 1st floor and could hear every step my upstairs neighbor made and anything they did, including animals running around sounding like there was a football game going on.
