      DISCLAIMER!!! IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE NOW THERE IS A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE OF WHAT YOUR RENT IS!! 3% OF $1550 RENT IS A HEFFTY FEE!!! I'd stay clear if you want your rent to go up every year. FPI don't care about your financial situation. Nor should they. Look the location is great. You're basically in the center of almost everything you need. Of course it comes at a cost. I lived here for 5 years and my rent went from $875 to $1449 and that's insane. Oh let's not for get about their Conservice bill for water, sewage and trash. That's added on top of your base rent. Basically be prepared to add an extra $100 to your rent. Also renter insurance. I recommend getting your own cause at least that way your belongings are covered as well. I get that its cheaper for the Californians invading us but for people that have lived in this city for decades it's making us homeless. Again not FPI's problem. They do own other apartment complexes that are low income housing and they manage then even worst than this one. Also this isn't a slam against the people that work here. They have all been nice to me. They are just the messengers. In a state where 25% of the employed are service industry workers trying to make a living, can't make it on their own anymore. But hey I can't blame anyone but myself for not making it in California 2.0. One last thing. For the unfortunate soul who moves into my 1 bedroom apartment. Be prepared to have the most annoying neighbor upstairs dropping their dumbells in the kitchen area. Hearing them bounce around for a hour. Not fun when sitting in the living room watching tv.

      Quiet place and sweet locale next to food and 395. The thing I appreciate most is the on-site maintenance crew. They are very helpful and quick! Street parking can be tricky in the evening
